this product was the perfect gift for my son for a early birthday present since he didn’t want the psp vita.

you’ll be done with the game in about 2 days and feel like you were cheated out of $250. but hey you still got a new psp =)

  3. Dr Funny

Even a year later im still playing and enjoying this game. The product came pretty fast and it was in great quality. I was glad because I wasn’t able to find the red psp anywhere but when i did most were in bad condition or were too expensive. I rate this product a 6 out of 5

The Sony PSP 2000/Slim & Lite is a great gaming handheld. This GoW PSP is, imo, one of the best PSP Bundles you can buy nest to the Dissidia and Ratchet & Clank Bundles. The PSP is very “lite” compared to the older version and is slightly faster for some, if not most games. It has portable versions of console games such as God of War (duh), Syphon Filter, SOCOM, etc. It also has downloadable games in the forms of digital forms of console games and the new section of the PSN called PSP Minis which is growing. The PSP is also a multimedia device that is good for what it can do. Remember though that it IS a gaming handheld, and that is it’s primary goal. So, let’s get to it!Games/Gaming:The Game Library is not huge but it has some great titles from JRPGs to FPSs. Also, with a large memory stick you can download games from the PSN which is actually growing in PSP only titles. Most games transfer well to the PSP and some originals work great with the system layout. And might I add the graphics are great for a handheld! Some Downsides though are that analog stick/nub might feel strange. It feels like you’re moving the stick horizontally left, right (which you are) instead of rolling it like a PS2 controller. Racing games could make this a hard thing to look past. Also, the lack of two analog sticks and two more shoulder buttons can cause some games to have awkward or even idiotic controls. Other than that it is an AMAZING GAMING HANDHELD!Music:You can listen to MP3, ATRAC, MP4, WAV.

I’m sure most gamers have added this as their second or third PSP, but for me it’s my first. I thought I’d make some suggestions for new users.1. Before you do anything else, buy a memory stick, a Pro Duo. You can’t do anything useful without it.2. Buy a USB cable (5 pin mini). It doesn’t come with one, and you’ll need it to download stuff from your PC to the PSP.3. Buy a protective case and screen protector. I bought a Joytron case and InvisibleShield. The Joytron fits perfectly on the slim.4. Be careful when connecting the PSP to older computers. It’s very powerful, and I overloaded the USB port on my older work computer when I tried to connect it.5. When transferring music or video to the PSP, here’s how you do it:a. Plug in the PSP, and go to “USB Connection” in the menub. Wait for your computer to recognize itc. Go into My Computer and look for the drive where the PSP isd. Open the PSPe. Look for the Music folder (or Video)f. When moving music over, first create a folder with the album title on it in the Music folder on the PSP, *then* copy over the music into the folder. For example, I created a “Battlestar Galactica Season 1” folder inside the Music folder on the PSP. Then I copied over the MP3s. Copying whole folders gives you an error.6. Sign up for the Playstation Store. You can download free demos of many popular games (like Patapon), along with themes and wallpapers for the PSP. I like this method of free demos, because I can have multiple demos on my PSP and only.

Played this system on multiple plane flights. It still works very well, and the custom paint has not diminished the least bit over time. Using this system gets me dirty looks from soccer moms.Would buy again.

  7. VICKIE

very happy because it was as advertised and good coustomer service. what made me wont to get this more thatn anything is the fact that pictures were offered

  8. D. Lee

If you know what a psp can do you also think everyone should have one.

  9. LuraHeaney

    It works like a dream

This console is in great condition. comes with a screen protector with 1 minor scratch on the back. Other than that loved it. Shipping could be a little faster though.
