he treats this thing like a baby. i bought it for his birthday and he still has the box it came in. i have had fun with it also nice psp. makes it different having a gow psp then just a regular one. then again gow is epoch!

The system is a nice color unlike the "Radient Red" it’s a lot darker. Mine had a couple of cosmetic issues and the battery cover was missing. (That’s the piece with kratos face) the only thing that sucks are parts for this psp are impossible to find.

Firstly, comments on the PSP 2000: I made this purchase b/c my ipod finally burnt out and I was looking for an all-in-one machine to replace it. The combination of gaming, video and music is what sold me…and I must say that I am not disappointed. It plays MP4s and MP3s crisply (if you have the right software) and the UMD movies are very nice as well. It’s a little bigger than the ipod, but the screen is also gi-normous! The red shell w/ the Kratos emblazed upon it is nice, but it’s the hardware itself that is what really sells this thing.As for the game: If you like the other GoW games, than this is just more of the same greatness. There is a little bit of a difference in control since the button scheme is down a few…but once you get used to it, it is seamless and easy to control. Graphically, I’m impressed. I’d say the PSP version is just about on par w/ GoW 1, just about. A must have game…or at least must play.Lastly, the bundle itself: I feel it was a good deal. The system, the game and the movie (Superbad) for $199. However, there is no memory card involved in the deal. There are other bundles (like the Daxter one) which do include a 1 gig memory card…which is a $20+ dollar value if you go retail. My advice…don’t go retail. I was able to get an 8 gig Sony produo card for $60, and there’s a 16 gig card out now.All in all, PSP + GoW = goodness.

I heard that Sony was releasing their PSP systems with a theme, game, and movie. The first few they release did not interested me until they released this one. Comes with Superbad, which I had seen before and loved, and I have played a previous God of War game on the PS2 so I was interested in getting this bundle. It has been at least 6 months that I have had it and it is still holding up after regular nearly daily use. I frequently use it to check my e-mail when I a PC in not available. In order to use this feature you need a memory card, but you will need one anyway in order to save games.My only complaints are that the system should either come with internal memory or a memory card. The game’s storyline is also too short, but this is a common complaint of the GoW series. I blame the fact that it is so darn fun!

This was the exact game system that my teenage son was looking for. I was able to get the exact game that was requested by my boy, and, by researching all my options, was able to get the original “God of War” game system and numerous games that my son did not have to buy.

Picked this bundle up today, comes with 2 games, God of War Chains of Olympus and Syphon Filter combat ops, which is a downloadable game, and UMD of Superbad. The red color on the PSP looks slick, and Kratos is silkscreened on the back on the battery cover. Once I took it out of the box, I immediately put a plastic screen protector on, charged the battery, and off I went. I downloaded Syphon filter with the included code, to my PS3, then used the USB to put it on my PSP. I set up the PSP for remote play through the PS3 so I could watch my videos and listen to music on my PSP. Setup was really easy it took no time at all. The screen is alot clearer than the older PSP I have and is somewhat thinner and lighter. Playing God of War on a handheld I thought would be horrid, to my surprise it was actually very well done, one of the best games I have ever played on PSP. Watching the Superbad UMD, I was trying to figure out why it was included in this great bundle, I liked the movie, I personally think the movie 300 would of fit the whole theme better, for 199. + tax this is a great deal. This pack does not come with a memory stick so if you don’t have one, you will need to buy one. The Jack and Daxter bundle has sold over 2 million, I believe this one will outsell that eventually. If you like God of War, and RED, get this.

Was so happy when I finally got it. Haven’t beaten "Chains of Olympus" or "Ghost of Sparta" but look forward to doing so and beating other games w/this gem. ^_^
