Mario –
This product said it was used by the shop but I honestly feel like the person who “used” it only played it once. This product was pristine not a single scratch was on any of the discs also came with all the dlc. Honestly I’m really surprised

This game probably has the most plot twists in any game I have played recently. Also this game has a very decent story combined with an expansive game world. The Story: – Takes place in a fictional 1940s-1950s Empire Bay (combination of New York, Boston, and other large cities) – The main character Vito Scalleta grows up in Little Italy, where he and his friend Joe get caught stealing. Joe escapes and you choose to go fight in WW2 instead of going to jail. You come back from the war and start working for the Mafia because of Joe.Pros: – The gameplay is pretty fun, you could compare the gameplay to GTA. It’s a cover-based third person shooter. The controls take some getting used to, but it’s not that bad. – There is a decent variety of things to do. – Extraordinary story and great immersion – Good voice acting – The Platinum Hits version comes with all the DLC disk and the DLC is pretty much another game – Chapters are paced pretty well and it doesn’t feel like it slows down.Cons: – Rather repetitive. – Being stealthy does offer enough gameplay, it’s more fun to just dive in and try to survive gang fights.Other: – I got 860G on one playthrough on Hard – The DLC is pretty much an entirely new game that just takes place in Empire Bay – The main story has 14 chapters.Buy this game: – You want to enjoy an excellent mafia story – It’s under $20Don’t buy this game if: – You want lots of sidequests.

Since retrolio seems to lumping all the reviews together now, I should clarify that I’m reviewing the Xbox 360 version. The gameplay was solid and fun. The driving’s well done. The shooting and cover systems work well. The few times it called for stealth, I found it satisfying. I found it to be sufficiently challenging with the difficulty set to hard. The mission structure was very linear, though. The story was well executed and I didn’t find myself skipping any of the cut scenes the first time through, but the subject matter seemed a tad trite. The plot mirrored that of Goodfellas in several places. I don’t wish to get into any spoilers, but I can say I didn’t really find the story all that compelling.Besides following the main story missions, you can buy food/drinks/clothing, steal cars for money, customize cars, rob stores, and collect playboy centerfolds/wanted posters, but that’s it.It’s fun as a shooter, but only so-so as a sandbox. The time and weather effects are static and do not change until you progress to the next mission. With only 15 chapters (a chapter is a set of a few missions that usually take place over the course of a day) and no side missions to break up the flow, the game felt pretty short. There is no save function outside of starting the next mission, so if you spend a good amount of time collecting and upgrading cars for your garage, then die (usually from crashing your car at high speeds, which is easy to do on the difficult setting) you’re out of luck.Yo.
