There was a minor crack on the UMD, but this copy is still in fantastic shape and it works well! Thank you so much.

once you buy a car you have to make it look cool for racing. there are a lot of levels in this game so you will need alot of cars. the graphic are awesome. the cars dont go as fast as they say it’s going. despite that it’s one of the greatest racing games ever. you can get up to 20 cars that you by yourself and 5 boss cars. whenever you get new stuff put them on your best car. i love this game and you will too.

This game was quite fun, and like many other PSP games is much like a stripped down version of its home processors. In case you are unfamiliar to the series, Need For Speed Underground is a very successful series famous for its complete customization of your vehicles. Even more fun, you can race your pimped out car online for PSP where you will be facing other people who are also showing off their rides. In career mode, the main focous of the game, you start with a car which you can upgrade in two ways. The first is visual upgrades, in which you earn by winning races. The second is performance upgrades, in which you earn performance points through races to upgrade various parts of your car, and if you own multiple cars the upgrades apply to all. You can also unlock new cars as the game goes on. The game features three types of similar races. The first type just a regular circuit race where you are in a 3-4 lap race. The second is lap knockout where the person in last after each lap is eliminated. The third type is rally relay race where you race 2-3 laps, changing cars after each lap. I’d say that NFSUR is a great racing game, but just doesn’t live up to Burnout in terms of game modes or graphical power.

I’ve never been a fan of racing games. I’ve played both Gran Turismo and Project Gotham Racing. Many racing game fans say that Gran Turismo is the best game out there. In my opinion, Gran Turismo is crap when compared with this game. This is one of the first two games I recieved with my PSP. I love the fact that its portable.Graphics: For a handheld system, the graphics in this game are outstanding. Even if this hadn’t been on a handheld, I don’t believe there would have been many complaints.Gameplay: Extremely easy to learn the controls, even for someone whos hasn’t touched a PlayStation or PlayStation2 in years. It is also very addictive. I can’t stop playing it. You just want to unlock everything as fast as you can. It does get repetitive after a while, but that doesn’t bother me. Its always fun to race on a course you know. I don’t know if this game has any replay value although if it does, I can’t imagine it being great because you will have unlocked everything already.Sound: The soundtrack for this game is one of the best I have ever heard. Its got a little bit of everything for all tastes, without being to extreme in any one direction. I really enjoy cranking up the volume (which gets very loud on the PSP)to hear the music. The sound effects are also very good. When you change gears, you hear the car change gears. When you hit the breaks and slide, you hear it. When you crash and want to restart the race because your -15 seconds of the lead, you he.

I own MLB, Untold Legends, Need for Speed Rivals and Ridge Racer. Need for Speed is by far the best game I’ve played so far. Some say Ridge Racer is better but, NO WAY!!! The car mods is what does it. Their are so many mods to add to the car to make it faster and look better. The more you play the more mods you can get. It makes you not want to put the game down because you can’t wait to see what the next mod will be. The graphics are awesome and also the sound. I’ve played this game for about 15 hours and there’s so much more left. I highly recommend this game.P.S. MLB is great also. =)

I was having trouble deciding wether to get NBA, Twisted Metal, or NFS UG…… nba was sold out, and i heard all this talk about nfs ug, so i went with it…. it’s awesome, i had never played nfs ug before…. but this is awesome, only thing i can say is 50$ price…. i wont whine about it, but i was hopin for somewhere around 40$…. if u got psp, this game is good, next i am gett twisted metal and nba, i’ll drop reviews for both of those games

A lot of people will think that this game is just like the continuation of Need For Speed Underground 2. Well, it is somewhat true. However, this is just a “beating a rival” game so it is a pretty straight foward game. I personally think that it is not bad, but it could be a little bit dull. Well, if you have beaten the game of NFSU2 in PS2, you don’t have problem playing this one. For the graphics, it is not bad but couldn’t compare the graphics of NFSU2 in PS2 and Ridge Racer in PS2 and PSP. These game has some upper hand of those. But still, this is still a good game to recommend.

This game is pretty good it has really good graphics and u can never get tired of it even when u get stuck on a level. during the 5-6th lvl of everything the cars start 2 be sik, way better than ur can, but im ot sure becuase i dunno how to do the drif racing. I’d give it a 4.5.
