Now that I am retired, I have plenty of time in the morning to do crosswords and enjoy my coffee. I don’t get the newspaper everyday, so it’s nice to have this book on hand. I have had this book for about 3 week and I’ve done more that 3/4th of the puzzles in the book. They’re very addictive.
Mel Wellons –
Excellent purchase, delivered on time(next day) and met expectations.
Shawn F. –
I am obsessed with this crossword book ever since I received it as a birthday gift! The puzzles are hard enough to make you think but not so hard that you give up. I’ve enjoyed it so much that I’ve bought a few as gifts for friends.
Rachel Gonzales –
Puzzles are exactly what I expected from a NY Times crossword compilation, but in a book this size it would be much more convenient if the even-numbered puzzles were on the left-hand side of the page instead of on the right. The binding does not fold easily for completing the grids neatly.
Nancy C. –
Adore all of will Shortz’s crossword books. I order them all the time. Wish there were more Monday and Easy volumes available.
Susan M Brown –
Puzzles are a bit easier than I expected and a tad less witty than other NY Times Monday books. The format is very large which helps in reading clues, etc. Worth getting if you like to do puzzles without too much frustration.
