  1. Iris

I beat the game in a few hours. It wasn’t mind blowing-ly scary like I like my horror games, in fact it was rather typical, but it was fun. Do follow the instructions carefully, though. When they say play in a well lit room….play in a WELL lit room. The camera scanning feature needs the light.

  2. Lunar_Princess

This game is great but it did not compare to the other Fatal Frame games. It was way too short and left little to the imagination as far as story goes. The graphics were good but were not seen much aside from the one time you’re actually in the mansion. The use if the AR was great but could have been left as a mini-game and instead played the game in a full 3D environment that displays the power of the 3DS the way the previous versions of the games in the Fatal Frame series did for their respective consoles.

    Excellent!

  4. HobartLeuschke

This is freaky game. love it

  5. Kapooey

I love this game so much!! But the thing I don’t like about is the game is too short. Because of that I can’t really understand more about the story since the theme of Project Zero(Fatal Frame) is around Miko.

  6. Aztira Celciernae

After all the bad reviews I had some doubts…But the fatal frame fan-girl within won out and I took a chance…I’m glad I did.The augmented reality was a really nice touch; being able to fight the ghosts in your own house. It’s still fairly creepy even though you need the lights on. I honestly don’t see why so many were so hard on it.

  7. MozellOberbrunner

a pesar de lo simple, maneja una buena ambientacion para ser de los primeros juegos del 3DS

  8. Game

Sorry this is late great product, great game. The service was fast, and just as the description said it is a good game, some parts are a little different but all in all good!

  9. Twisted Slasher

It’s been several years since the last Fatal Frame game was released in the U.S. (Fatal Frame 3 for the Playstation 2), and even knowing this was an AR game, I was very excited to give it a try once released stateside, if for no other reason than to support future FF games getting released here.Surprisingly enough, the horror in this game is effective, at least when it comes to the storytelling and the music. The graphics for the AR book are fun, but perhaps not very convincing, and the same goes for when a ghost attacks you, though it’s really cool the first couple of times it happens.Combat is mostly the same as other FF games, though this time it’s not quite as deep. Once again, the idea is to let the ghost get as close to you as possible before taking the picture for maximum results. I always loved how macabre this idea was, and it’s even better now that the ghost is attacking you from your living room.Regardless, I can’t let the fact that I’m a huge Fatal Frame fan blind me to the flaws of this game, which are pretty significant. It’s way too short for one thing; so short, in fact, this AR game feels like it should have been a bonus feature to a full-fledged FF game. And second, the only reliable way I’ve gotten the AR book to be recognized by my 3DS is playing the game at daytime. In particular is this scene where a hand comes out of the book to attack you, because the hand would keep beating me up and killing me, but my camera would never lock on to the hand. An.
