We purchased this for our daughter’s 4 yo birthday. She had some practice with balance bikes at school and only had a tricycle at home. This was easy to assemble. Super light weight for carrying if need be. Daughter is doing very well with it and loves it! Happy we can add pedals later when she’s ready.

No regrets! I am SO glad they made a bigger strider with the option of having pedals. Our 4 year old has been riding the regular strider for 2 years and was totally ready for pedals. He got the bike for Christmas and was begging for pedals on it. We live with snow. The moment the road cleared enough to ride the pedals went on and he rode it immediately and took off pedaling away like he has been riding a big for years. I cannot recommend this product enough.

My 4 year old has been tearing it up on his tricycle to the point where he was going around corners on one wheel. We knew it was time to transition to something different. This was the perfect way to slow him down and focus on balance. He is small for his age, but the seat lowered just enough to accommodate his height.He loves his new “motorcycle” and is enjoying the freedom and learning to balance just like his older brother.

Great first bike, but did have to take it to a bike shop to help put it together when one of the parts wasn’t going on as it was supposed to. They confirmed it wasn’t me, but on Christmas Eve I needed all the help from elves I could get. I do wish it had a kick stand.

Easy to assemble. Gave it to my 4yo for Christmas and by New year she was gliding on this and had the training wheels off her old bike.

Got this for my 5 year old who was struggling on her bike with training wheels… took her to the bmx park and she mastered the balancing part in a day.. after just a couple weeks we put the pedals on and she is riding like a champ. Easy to take the pedals off so she can race her strider with the other balance bikes. Wish it came in pink, I had to spray paint hers pink.
