This book is an excellent tool to help children learn about down syndrome. It’s written in kid friendly language and has gorgeous illustrations. I can’t wait to see her whole series. A must for classrooms!!
Amanda Ravetta –
I used this book before school started to read to all the neighborhood kids that would be entering kinder with my son. It helped me explain to them the differences they could expect from him being in class with them and how they could better relate to him. We adore this book!

Thoughtfully and exceptionally written with the most beautiful illustrations, this book is a gem for all to read! Whether you have a child or adult with these super powers in your family, social circles, or when you get the privilege of encountering them in public, you will be thankful for the knowledge and love that you will gain from reading this book!

This book helps address so many questions that a typical child might have about their friend or family member with Down syndrome. It is beautifully illustrated and has so much information about every aspect of what ones life is like when they have DS. I especially like the extra tips at the bottom of each page! I’ve seen many children’s books about DS and this one is truly the best!!!
SK –
This is the best book I’ve read that explains Down syndrome at a level kids can understand. A great book for anyone that knows someone with Down syndrome!
Kat "Momentum" –
I am a mom of a large adoptive family, four of our blessings have Down Syndrome (including one in Heaven). I was gifted This book.It is well written, appreciated, and needed in teaching children about Down Syndrome. I’m actually reading to my other young children tonight. The author talks about our children as gifts, which in today’s world, most don’t recognize. She quotes a verse in Psalms at the end. It’s one of my favorites that I put on my girl’s shirts.”We are fearfully and wonderfully made.”THIS is absolute truth. Our kids are wonderful!!!â¤
