I got this as a gift for my kids. they truly enjoyed it, but i will have to buy multiple copies so they can play it at the same time.

Major games getting released for home consoles seem to be the recurring theme of the oncoming holiday season, but major releases on handheld systems are all that more important, especially to gamers who aren’t around thier homes most of the time. Smash on the go is the greatest thing next to Persona on the go, it’s just that much more rewarding. Playing with friend locally wielessly or over wifi is amazing, and all the modes are huge and offer big challenges. I haven’t even gotten to the best part; customization and mii fighters are by far two feature that I just can’t get anough of. And of course goingm. Nintneod

I was looking forward to this game a lot but not trying to get my expectations to high seeing as it is the first time for a smash game on the 3ds. Glad to say I was pretty accurate, but it was a little better than I thought. My only gripes are I cannot change the movement from the circle pad to the Dpad which I was really hoping for (if you know of a way to do this that I missed PLEASE let me know). My grips on the pad are worn down so my thumb slides off easily, so this may be a personal thing. My other issue is the lag of online play. My internet is pretty good and I generally have a low ping, with a high download and upload so I dont believe that to be the problem. Also, I had my phone turned off like some people recommend. Regular play felt quite smooth through every session. I had no issues with any setting, amount of players, or items that slowed down my system or felt out of place from my play so far.As for everything else I was very happy. There are a good amount of features and content especially for a 3ds game. Classic, all star, home run, and a few other game modes are back along with a few others. Smash run is a blast and I’m going to be playing a lot of it with my friends and family. I feel Nintendo is great at enhancing older ideas with new flare and this is no exception. Like I said, classic mode is back but you can choose between 3 paths… and you can change the difficulty based on how much gold you would like to spend. Not only that but at the end credit seq.

The 4th installment of the Smash brothers series. More competitively viable than Brawl, though not as competitive as Melee or PM. The biggest cast to date, and really great online play with minimal lag. If you love smash, you need to get this game. The diversity of characters, modes, stages and items makes it worth the buy.For casual smashers, this is a must buy.For competitive players, you might want to pass on this one, but as a competitive player myself I can say I am happy with the buy.

A must have for every 3DS/2DS owner!! Pretty much the WiiU version portable. Cartoonish violence, no blood or gore. People don’t die, the get knocked off the playing field, a nice touch by Nintendo.Replays value is through the roof!!

I have been a gamer since I was a little kid. I remember when SSB: Melee came out for GameCube. It was the shizzznittttt. Anyone who’s ever played the GC version instantly loved it – you had to! When I found out they were releasing a 3DS version, I was so anxious for it. I got it the day it came out and I absolutely love it! Albeit the challenge mode isn’t like the GC version where you pick the challenge and the game takes you to an environment to complete the challenge, but I guess Nintendo wants you to figure out the challenges, which can get a bit tedious. If you’ve ever played/loved the GC version, this one won’t disappoint.

While the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros. 4 seems to be considered the superior version of the game, the Nintendo 3DS version is no slouch. The game features its own unique stages and modes, even with shared modes being changed up and different. The gameplay is identical to the Wii U version, as are the characters, including the DLC characters of Mewtwo, Lucas, Roy, and Ryu, as well as most of the DLC Stages. The game also has functionality with the Wii U version and vice versa, allowing for trading of Custom Characters and Miis as well as the 3DS being able to be used as a controller for the Wii U version if you have the game (or download the free app on the Nintendo eShop). Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS’s main appeal though is that it a portable entry in the series, allowing you to play the game anywhere, essentially, particularly on the go.

When I first got it from the mail nothing was damaged. When I put it in my new 3DS XL it worked very well. I used to have this game before I misplaced and lost it. I thought it was time getting another one. I missed having the game. I got this awhile ago. I can’t remember exactly when. The shipping was on time I recommend getting this game it is cool.

  9. The Name

Now listen as I tell you a story. A long time ago I got myself a 3ds original with this game, itself being played for a while but being sold later. Here I am playing once a again which is a habit for gamers to do and I can say I’m this time with a new 3ds xl. Notice Dlc to buy but I can tell you it won’t be chump change to have the extra character to play. Other content as stages and Mii outfit to purchase will make you think. Don’t hesitate to take the fight anywhere just a little info before I’m done. You will get tired from playing I suggest getting a grip to help with the fatigue.

Hot-damn, Masahiro Sakurai directed a handheld masterpiece. I had dreams of being able to play Smash on my Gameboy Advance SP when I was younger, and this was a dream come true. It feels exactly like Smash should with that je ne sais quoi that makes them different from other fighting games while still being able to be just as deep and complex. I miss the chance of a story-type mode like the Subspace Emissary, but the core gameplay is what really matters. Online capability is smooth and fluid and the character roster is massive. There’s a lot of DLC, too, so it’s hard to get too bored with this game.
