I want everyone to beware that if you have the GunCon and want to use it, the game doesn’t like it when you play and use the GunCon on a flat screen TV. That isn’t about this though, and I knew that buying the game. My copy was in perfect condition despite getting the cheapest copy on here.
Classic game! Played with Guncon and a 120 inch projector and had a blast! recommended for the nostalgic arcade players.

When I plyed this game in the arcade I thought I had to get this for Christmas. The action and the adventure in the game just made the first time crisis a goldfish. I thought this game was the BEST!!…
I think that on this website you should be able to buy the guns with the actual game as i don’t no were to get them
Let me say this first: you HAVE to have a GunCon to fully enjoy the game. That said…I kicked and screamed when this game was brought into our household by my brothers. In theory, we don’t buy violent games. However, I picked up the GunCon one day and ended up spending the next 6 hours beating it! It is sooo addictive and absolutely great!!! I’ve been converted!One small bone to pick: really contrived plot that’s also amazingly short. That said, though, this game rocks!
If you’ve got a PS2, Gun con and a big new TV and you like shooting games then you can’t say no to this, Time Crises 2 is still enjoyable on any size TV. I must of spent like £100 in the arcades on this so if your new to the series get it on PS2 because the graphics are improved and there is a challenge mode that is harder than Arcade mode such as having to take out a guy in a moving train with 1 bullet and you get to meet Richard Miller from the original Time crises.Two player CO UP is very good, imagine being on speed boats and you get to see your friend opposite you in another speed boat shooting the enimies, CO UP is best exsperienced on system lynk not split screen.
This game is cool i think robert baxter is the best good guy the best bad guy is wild dog if you see this game you should buy it however time crisis 3 is better.
Absolutely great game. If life’s stressing you out, and you just want to vent, just plug in the gun and this game and start shooting the bad guys. Although story mode is relatively short and easy, the Crisis mission mode more than make up for it. In fact, Crisis Mission mode should have been the Main game instead of the Story Mode. It’s much more challanging, variety of skills, and longer. Much longer (32 missions at least). Great party game too if u have friends over. You unlock the Crisis mission mode by completing the Story Mode. Once you’ve unlock Crisis mode, it’s like a brand new game.
So as a fan of the TC series for awhile, i picked up this lil gem for about 10 bucks. was not disapointed. graphics are dated, but it gives you a fix of light gun action that the series is known for. if you have two light guns, dual gun mode is included and this game is a must. replay value is about average, how bored you get of the mmain story is your own cup of tea, but there is added minigames and so on. I reccomend this as a good buy for all ages.

This game is good it is the best its so cool.Not real good grafics but good lay out.The levals are not that hard and its an everyone kinda game.if you like video games you will like this and even if you didnt like shooting games you wil like this game. and a word for parents its a good game there is no reason to say i wont get this for my kid because its a bad game for kids cause its not its a good game for kids.

This game is great escapist fun…lots of action..great adrenaline rush….my fav PS2 game to date. It’s nice to have something to play on the PS2 after a year of waiting.Also looking forward to Vampire Night next month! (Namco is great)

This is absolutely among the best games I’ve ever played in my life. It’s about you as a hero with all sorts of firearms(hanguns, machine guns, grenades and shotguns) who is trying to protect the city from gangsters/criminals as well as save a young woman they have taken as hostage. Here are the pros and cons of this piece of gold art. Oh, and I didn’t play this game itself, but the arcade version that is just as fun.ProsEach weapon, be it gun or explosive, works wonderful and the impacts are perfectYou can not only get foes down on the ground, but also blow them out of the skyWhen you defeat a real big obstacle(such as boat or tank)you get a superb explosionYou can hide till the right moment and then get the bad guys when they’re off guardThe graphics are slick & cool looking & you can enter all kinds of dangerous placesWhenever you hit an enemy, he keels over & goes “Braa!” before disappearingYour gun reacts quite fast to your commands, which means you can shoot a teamYou can hear taunts from your enemies, which makes it all the more fun to off themConsThe game has long levels with areas, making it more challenging than most gamesOverall, I give this game a perfect 10 out of 10 and if you like action games or any sort of cool thing with amazing backround, music and/or sound, this is your game.

i love retrolio and i dont usually harbor any resentment against a company but this is a gun game WITHOUT THE GUN! even if you have a guncon you should get the new one because it’s great. i had to send this back because there was not a product description and me being simple minded assumed it would have a gun with it. the gun is only 10 bucks extra at most retailers and yet again it’s such a great peripheral that you should spring the extra dough for it. if you somehow have a guncon 2 get this version, otherwise buy the version with the gun and STAY AWAY!

This has to be one of the most fun and enticing video games I have ever experienced playing. I have not yet bought this product, for I do not have the Playstation 2 console, but I will once I purchase the PS2. When I first started playing it, I was so excited and thrilled, that I couldn’t get off! There is, however, a few minor flaws with this product:-The game is short, only giving you approximately six levels.-bullets look like tennis balls flying through the air.-Difficult to hear the enemy shooting at you. The problem that I dislike greatly is that on retrolio.com, the game does not come equipped with a Namco GunCon 2. All in all, the game is excellent, and exciting!Have fun!
