Zoids Battle Legends
Moreover, the English dub of Zoids VS II features a complete translation of the other game. Albeit with a few errors. Brad is name as “Ballad,” Thomas as “Thoma”. And Blood as “Brad”, etc.

I got this game because I am a fan of the first Zoids anime. I used to wake up early every morning just to watch it before getting ready for school. I own some of the DVDs and three Zoids models, and I wanted more!So I got Zoids: Battle Legends for Gamecube. It’s not the best game I’ve played, but it’s okay. It could have been better. What I love about the game is the fact that you can play as a lot of different Zoids! I was especially glad that the Blade Liger was in it because it is my all time favorite.Pretty much the point of the game is to fight enemy Zoids and defeat them. And some of the missions can be hard, depending on the type of Zoid you use in battle. Some Zoids have better and stronger weapons than others. I found that the Cannon Tortoise is the best and easiest Zoid to use in most situations because it has a powerful cannon that can shoot an enemy from a pretty good distance. If you want a challenge, don’t use that Zoid. What I hate about the game… well, most of the voices were annoying to listen to. It gets really annoying when the same lines are constantly being repeated all the time. Luckily, there is a voice mute option. Now, there was one thing that REALLY bugged me. During the tournament mode you can fight against some of the characters in Zoids Chaotic Century/Guardian Force. However, I noticed that MOST of the characters names are spelt horribly wrong! For instance, Hiltz, one of the bad guys… his name was spelled as HILLZ! Even Moonbay’s name was incorrect.Despite that, the game is fun to play.

Sure its pricy now and super hard to find, but its way worth it. If your familiar with the zoids shows, then you’ll love this game if you loved the shows. You have a huge selection of zoids along with a great selection of parts to attach. And there’s also the sub parts too, for like speed, turning, comat arms, and such. You can also paint your zoids different colours too. The modes of play are also great, with a story, arcade style, vs, and arena style.

i find Zoids Battle legends very fun, battle mode is the most fun and its really easy if you sell all the zoids you begin with except the comand wolf then buy the blade liger (but make sure you are Bit and yoour partner is lena so its easy and you can get more $/BP.) Also if u want 2 be able 2 beat the harder battle mode save enough $/BP and buy Goldious Giga and buy the large pulse cannon and active camo for it.the mission mode is a pain because they expect you to beat a crud load of enemy zoids when your zoid sucks and u dont have any good weapons, but aside from that its fun and challanging.I strongly recamend that you buy this game if your a fan of the anime series.

Two-player mode (vs. or battle fist) is pretty fun, but going against computer players is not. I played battle mode (1 player) against a RED RHINO (I’m not to sure of the zoid’s name, but that was what it was)! I barely had enough money to get a zoid and a few weapons, but it took me 5 times with the Rev Rator to be him! I do suggest you get this game, but don’t get upset when you lose. If you do play battle mode, the Rev Rator is usually the best. BUT, if you want to be a Megola (the catterpillar zoid) you have to play battle mode and save.

Yep, if you watched the Anime, then you know what to expect and frankly its great. You can pilot all sorts of Zoids from the show and customize it in just about every way your can imagine to make it into the ultimate fighting machine. With all sorts of levels, and even a vs mode. This is a mist for Zoids fans, and it plays on the Wii so dont fret if you cant find a Gamecube.

I dont know if these people just wrote reviews and never played or what. But this game is hard. I bought this game as a little time killer. Thinking this games target audience was kids it should be easy. Well its not. If you’re looking for a challenge and like Zoids get this. If you’re looking for a game to sit back and relax with this isn’t it. You’d have a more relaxing time playing Resident Evil 2 only using your knife. Still a neat game through and through but I can’t see non-Zoids fans getting into this.

As a big fan of the Zoids TV shows that used to air on Cartoon Network when I was growing up, a game where you can customize your own Zoids and battle them was right up my alley. Having said that though, the game is far from excellent, though it is still a lot of fun. The interface and menus feel very dated for a Gamecube game, the voices are terrible (though thankfully you can turn them off!) and the controls in game can bit a little bit choppy and take a bit of getting used to. Cons aside, it is still a lot of fun to play, and the massive selection of Zoids and customization that you can do gives it a good amount of replay value. I’d certainly recommend it to fans of the series or the old toys, and I’d perhaps recommend it to fans of Mechwarrior games as well.
