This was another gift for my husband. When he would work out at home (has a gym membership), he also added this to his Kinect routine. He liked it, he used it several times. (Second to the Dance Kinect games). We were fans of the show (we have a toddler now, so TV time is limited), and like the trainers, so this was a no-brainer.

Finally, some software using with the xbox360/ kinect sensor for fitness, works as advertise and provides you with a variety of activities to keep your workouts interesting while working up a sweat and keeping track of your progress. Bob or Julian will be your guide through out the workouts the kinect sensor will monitor how well you preform the exercises, a personal trainer without the cost. Better than just having a DVD to do your workouts by providing real time feedback as you can see yourself along with the trainer preforming the exercises.
Losing it –
Have tried so many times and ways to lose the weight and have not suceeded, now that I have the best trainers, I know I will accomplish my goals. These two I watch weekly and learn from the show, so now I am going to step it up to the real plan. My son turned me on to this site and the deals from retrolio, since he workd there.Thank you!Jason Richards,Mom

My husband and I bought the Kinect for Christmas with the intention of playing Dance Central. While we love the Dance Central game, I have to admit that The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout is my favorite “game.” I use the term “game” lightly as it really is a workout. I have the Wii and own Wii Fit (and Wii Fit Plus) & EA Sports, but The Biggest Loser for Kinect is the best workout game I have played. It is so wonderful to work out and not have to worry about any controller. What I like:*As I said before, I love that there is no controller to worry about. This makes it feel more like a workout routine and easier to focus on actually doing the moves rather than wondering where to put a controller.*Workout Customization. The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout allows the user to take a fitness test before deciding on a routine. This helps place your workout in an appropriate level of difficulty. However, you are still able to change the difficulty, if you want an easier or harder workout. The system also lets the user chose what areas of the body they want to focus on. I will be honest, I am pretty out of shape and was worried that the game would be too difficult for me, and was surprised when I was placed in the “moderate” level. This was a challenge, but not crazy hard. I am happy to know that there are still several levels that are more difficult that I can progress into.*So, it sounds crazy, but I like that the trainers provide feedback and encouragement. This helps motivate me to.

This game is perfect for my household! It gave us challenging but doable workouts for everyone from those of us who are obese to the fresh out of bootcamp Airmen. Each workout is customised to your body through a full body scan and baseline test.

When I was starting to exercise and was wondering what I should buy to start exercising I thought why not the biggest loser kinect game? This game is really cool. There are all kinds of work outs you can do, boxing and yoga are my favorite. This game came fast and no damage. You can choose who u want to keep u going and keeps all your records. This is a must buy if its just too hot out or you aren’t as confident going to the gym or ex resisting outside like myself.

I love this work out game. It’s not so much a game but an actual work out. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I am new with the Xbox and the Kinect feature too. I love this though. Alot more then what I was expecting.

This is a pretty good kinect workout. I like to signup for the workouts and it also had a lot of custom activities which are great for an inhome workout.

At first I had a TON of problems with navigating the menus on this game, but we had just moved and after calibrating our TV and the Kinect again, it is working much better. I still have to point rather than wave and you have to hover quickly to figure out what a button does or else it will just go there. Setting up a character was painfully difficult (why am I selecting my ethnicity in a triangle? weird) but that’s of course, unimportant. The actual workouts are great, it almost does feel like the trainer is there with you! They react to your spoken responses to their questions, and to how well you are doing the move. The little image of myself in the lower right is damn good motivation (ahhh!!) and though it has been inaccurate on my height each time, the body analyzer otherwise seems accurate. There are many different ways to work out and because it’s holding you accountable, it seems more fun than just doing an exercise DVD. I had never done yoga and I do enjoy that and the boxing workout is great. I’m definitely sore and every muscle is feeling it!

I love this game. It barely feels like I’m working out! You can set it to your personal fitness level and the kinect will help you keep good form while doing the exercises. I’m in awful shape but I can complete the workouts without feeling horrible. It’s a challenge, but it won’t push you too hard.
