3 games for like ??? a great deal. If you like shooters this game is a must, if you like action games this game is a must, if you like video games in general this game is a must.Especially with the lack of good games on the Wii.

I love metriod prime three and want to play the other two games. So far I play metriod prime three which is different in that after the first level you are not sure what you are looking for. In metroid prime 3 you always have goal to guide your exploration. I loved the fact I get three games for pirce even though I already metriod prime three.

That’s Metroid Prime Trilogy for the Wii in a nutshell! The first 2 games were on the Gamecube. However, Nintendo–after having released Metroid Prime 3: Corruption on the Wii several years back–has gone back and taken its prizeworthy formula and implemented it on all 3 games and packaged it as a single game! Is it worth the full price? You bet!You get lovely eye-candy graphics (even for a Wii – it’s beautiful) with Wii remote motion controls that allow you to pivot your aim naturally with the nunchuck controlling your movement. It’s such a natural fit that you can’t believe that this game could ever have been played on a cramped controller without the ability to aim by pointing at the screen. Most controls take a little learning curve, but once learned, you’ll never forget them. This is how a FPS is meant to be played on a console that allows you to take aim with something that points instead of something that you try to get a feel for on a joystick that you twirl around, taking you out of the action. As for the game itself, there are plenty of puzzles to be had in addition to the shoot ’em up action that most FPS have. Levels are not necessarily linear…you may go down corridors and mazes that end up in access points that you can’t quite get through yet. Some of these access points build-up on each other requiring different armors or weapon upgrades in order to completely pass unexplored areas. Some upgrades are not necessarily required, but are nice to have thus req.

I bought this game via retrolio. i originally once bought it on its release date at game-stop, but i was then disappointed. WARNING!!!! i put it in my old Wii and it didn’t work. It is a double-layered disk. it does not work with original Wii’s. If you have a black or red Wii it should be fine, but the white ones may not be.The game- i am in the middle of the first story right now, and so far its awesome. i played mp2: echoes as well, and its still very good. i have not gotten around to mp3: corruption yet but ive heard its good as well. the games can be confusing for children from 7-11. they shouldn’t even be playing this because it it is rated T for TEEN not E for EVERYONE!!! the game features some multiplayer but i have not gotten around to it yet.overall it is a perfect game for true gamers. The collectors edition- the collectors edition is the only version of the game. it does come with some very nice stuff in it. it comes in a…STEEL BOOK CASEART BOOKSLIPCOVERAND SOME NINTENDO ADSThe art book is very legit and features creatures, suits, weapons, concept art, a story line a more!!!! The steel book case is simple but cool, it has Samus with her ‘cannon’ pointed and says Metriod prime trilogy on the front and Samus on the back again, but different than the front. the slipcover is nice as well. and the ads included video game advertising and Nintendo club.Overall this is an awesome game and collectors edition. i recommend it to anyone and i give it 5/5

I loved the original Metriod Prime game so I just had to get the trilogy to complete the set and was not disappointed with the results.

  8. Geremias

This game is fantastic, because it 3 in 1!!! Metroid prime 1, metroid prime 2 and metroid Prime 3! Fantastic than Super Metroid for Super Nes!! Classic!!

  9. Joseph Bosnich

While many people may be turned off by the scary price tag, the Prime Trilogy is fantastic in full motion control. My only peeve is that they patched some of the sequence breaking bits. Buy if you’re a collector of the series.

The Metroid Prime series is one of the best game series I’ve ever played! There’re a lot of puzzles, plenty of exploring, tons of shooting, sometimes a little stress, decent challenges, and level of depth included in this series that one may have a hard time finding in other first-person games. I’ll admit that sometimes the game can be a bit cheesy, but, hey, doesn’t every game have that quality? All three of these games will have you spending quite a bit of time trying to figure out their puzzles and even how to beat their bosses, however, in the end, it’s totally worth it and you feel like you’re a pro! This game is all-in-all fun!
